Destination Services is our full-service destination and special event planning department. We understand the needs and expectations of the professional meeting planner and we can create and produce an exciting Authentic ArizonaTM program that meets your individual needs.

Our team of professionals plans each aspect of your program from meet-and-greet services at the airport to one-of-a-kind themed dinner parties, exciting off-site activities or personalized gifts in the guestroom. We are at your service to make your event a truly memorable experience.

The Destination Services department can coordinate a variety of programs and activities, including:

Transportation - Chauffeured Sedans, SUV's, Limos, Minicoaches and Motorcoaches are available for individuals and groups.

Gifts and Amenities - From customized gift baskets, to specialized Southwestern art collections at wholesale prices, the corporate gift catalog provides the perfect gift idea for any occasion.

Dine-Arounds - Service includes selection of preferred valley restaurants, reservations, seating arrangements, staff to oversee event, round-trip transportation, pre-selected menus, and wine pairings.

Spouse Programs - Customized programs to meet each group's specifications including gourmet cooking lessons, desert garden walks, gallery tours, shopping shuttles, and artisan tours.

Sightseeing Tours - Half-day and full-day excursions to the valley's premier attractions including the Heard Museum, Desert Botanical Garden, Taliesin West by Frank Lloyd Wright, Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon.

High Adventure Tours - A variety of desert experiences including jeep tours and rallies, Hummer tours, hot-air ballooning, trap and skeet shooting, flatwater rafting, horseback riding, Grand Canyon flightseeing, eco-hiking, charter fishing, and high performance driving at the Bob Bondurant School.

Team Building Events - Cattle Drives, The Amazing Race, Scavenger Hunts, Bike Building, Chili Cook-offs, Glow-in-the-Dark Golf.

Western Activities and Embellishments - Sunset Point is our own outdoor theme venue overlooking the White Tank Mountain Range. The area surrounding the venue is natural desert terrain promontory overlooking the Estrella and White Tank Mountains with the Old West theme town built atop a hill for maximum views of surrounding mountains and distant city lights. Sunset Point is only a 5-minute ride from the resort via air-conditioned vans, buses, or even a horse-drawn carriage.

Theme Venues and Décor - Innovative and creative functions include Dinner in Old Mexico, Native American Experience, Dinner with the Arts, Passion of Spain, and many more.
